Final Touch Wellness

The Infrared Sauna Blanket session is a relaxing treatment where you are fully wrapped in a Infrared Sauna Blanket that generates infrared heat capable of penetrating deeper below the outside surface of the skin.  This in turn raises the internal core temperature inside the body.  The treatment will last approximately 60 minutes with the Practitioner in the room to assist with any needs from the client.

*CONTRAINDICATIONS-Not able to receive treatment due to the following medical conditions:  Pregnancy, medical conditions triggered by heat, unregulated blood pressure and blood pressure medications, pacemaker, heart condition.

Infrared Sauna Blanket Session

The Ionic Detox Footbath is a relaxing detoxification treatment that utilizes a warm footbath equipped with an array that generates positive and negative ions into the water.  The ions in the water create a detoxification process drawing toxins from the body through the feet.  The footbath water changes color depending on the type of impurities that are released by the body.  The appointment takes approximately 30 minutes.  

*CONTRAINDICATIONS-Not able to receive treatment due to the following medical conditions: Pregnancy, breastfeeding, heart conditions, pacemaker, medications where effectiveness may be decreased by the detoxification process, organ transplant, open wounds on the feet.

Ear Coning or Ear Candling is a form of alternative medicine that has been practiced for thousands of years.  It involves gently placing a cone-shaped hollow candle into the outer entrance of the ear.  The ear cone is then lit at the top/open end.  As the ear cone slowly burns down, a vacuum is created drawing ear wax and or debris from the ear into the ear cone.  The appointment will last approximately 30-45 minutes to treat both ears.  PRICING INCLUDES ONE SET OF EAR CONES.

*CONTRAINDICATIONS-Not able to receive treatment due to the following medical conditions: Perforated eardrum, ear tubes or drains, ear infection or recent ear surgery.

The client is fully clothed during the session and will lay on a massage table or be seated in a chair if there is limited mobility.  The Reiki appointment will last 30 or (50 minutes with 10 minutes for discussion/questions with the client).

Join me for the "Renew You" Retreat held by Final Touch Wellness in Beautiful Emerald Isle, NC.  This 3 day retreat will take place at an oceanfront beach house called "Sea No Evil."  
The Queen Bedroom has a private bath.   The "Renew You" retreat is all about resting your body and mind, renewing and resetting your mindset.  You may gain insight to what has been stopping you from achieving your dreams.  There will be informative classes and discussion groups.  You will find ways to refresh your mindset with journaling, meditating,  as well as learning healthy habits to take home with you to continue your work on your own.  
In your free time you can sit atop the dune top deck and watch the waves, walk the miles of glorious sandy beach just steps from your room, relax in the hot tub and swim in the heated pool.  Use this time to reconnect with yourself by revitalizing your joy!!  It is time you take time for yourself.

You will be responsible for your own evening meal.  you will be able to sample delicious North Carolina cuisine at area restaurants, do take out, or go to the supermarket and grab something to cook on your own.  

You will also be responsible for your own travel.  You can fly to Albert J Ellis Airport (OAJ) and then take an Uber, rent a car or make arrangements with Sue to be picked up.
