In this one-of-a-kind class, we combine the powerful practices of guided meditation and Reiki to create a harmonious experience for your mind, body, and spirit. Each session begins with gentle guidance to help you settle into a comfortable position and cultivate a sense of calm and presence.

Reiki Harmony Meditation

Developed in the early 1900's, Reiki is a Japanese healing technique utilizing energy work that promotes relaxation, reduces stress and anxiety through gentle hand placements.  The client is fully clothed during the session and will lay on a massage table or be seated in a chair if there is limited mobility.  The Reiki appointment will last 30 or 60 minutes (including discussion/questions with the client)

Reiki

An INTRODUCTORY appointment to experience the amazing benefits of Reiki. Developed in the early 1900's, Reiki is a energy healing technique that promotes relaxation, reduces stress and anxiety through gentle touch hand placements.  The client is fully clothed during the session and will lay on a massage table or be seated in a chair if there is limited mobility.    THIS APPOINTMENT IS FOR FIRST TIME CLIENTS ONLY.

Ear Coning or Ear Candling is a form of alternative medicine that has been practiced for thousands of years.  It involves gently placing a cone-shaped hollow candle into the outer entrance of the ear.  The ear cone is then lit at the top/open end.  As the ear cone slowly burns down, a vacuum is created drawing ear wax and or debris from the ear into the ear cone.  The appointment will last approximately 30-45 minutes to treat both ears.  PRICING INCLUDES ONE SET OF EAR CONES.

*CONTRAINDICATIONS for Ear Coning:
 Perforated eardrum, ear tubes or drains, ear infection or recent ear surgery.

Ear Coning

The Infrared Sauna Blanket session is a relaxing treatment where you are fully wrapped in a Infrared Sauna Blanket that generates infrared heat capable of penetrating deeper below the outside surface of the skin.  This in turn raises the internal core temperature inside the body.  The treatment will last approximately 60 minutes with the Practitioner in the room to assist with any needs from the client.

Infrared Sauna Blanket Session

The Ionic Detox Footbath is a relaxing detoxification treatment that utilizes a warm footbath equipped with an array that generates positive and negative ions into the water.  The ions in the water create a detoxification process drawing toxins from the body through the feet.  The footbath water changes color depending on the type of impurities that are released by the body.  The appointment takes approximately 30 minutes.

In somatic yoga, we prioritize the sensations and feelings present in the body, allowing them to be our guides as we move through various postures and sequences. This approach encourages students to release tension, improve mobility, and cultivate a sense of inner peace and harmony.

Through mindful movement, breathwork, and conscious relaxation techniques, somatic yoga empowers individuals to reconnect with their bodies, release stored stress and trauma, and unlock their innate potential for healing and self-expression.

As a somatic yoga teacher, my role is to create a safe and nurturing space for students to explore their bodies with curiosity and compassion. I offer gentle guidance and encouragement, allowing each individual to honor their unique experience and journey towards greater embodiment and well-being.
