Stretch*d Stretching

Sitting one on one with the Coach and going over a general intake where we ask questions that will guide us to specific areas where potential work is needed.  After intake, we set up an appointment to come in and delve deeper into the areas that we flagged 

Wellness Intake

After initial intake, we delve deeper into the areas you need addressed.  Working together to find the best way for you as an individual to attain your goals, we discuss how much support you need and what kind of tools are required.  Once that is decided, we schedule future appointments and give you small attainable goals to work on and bring to the next session.

Wellness Coaching Session

Massage where the pressure is more intense, getting past the superficial muscles and working on the muscles that lie underneath.  This massage is great for anyone looking to find relief from long standing issues

Deep Tissue Massage

A medium pressure massage that focuses on the superficial muscles.  This massage is for anyone who wants to feel as if they have been worked on but does not like the deep tissue work.

Swedish Massage

Raindrop Technique is a "sequence of anointing with oils and laying on of hands to bring structural and electrical alignment to the body in a relaxing and invigorating manner through the power of essential oils" - The Center for Aromatherapy Research and Education

Raindrop Technique

The slow methodical release of the fascia, or connective tissue, that surrounds everything in your body.  Relief from long standing aches and pains may be achieved by receiving this treatment.

Myofascial Release

Gentle and comforting massage done after the first trimester of pregnancy.  Can be done right up to the birth of the child.  A pregnancy pillow is used for the mother to lay on to ensure comfort and safety of both mother and child

Pre-natal Massage

A very light touch massage where specific blends of essential oils are used to maximize Lymphatic Drainage

Lymphatic Massage

A lighter massage that does not work on releasing tight muscles. The focus lies in calming the mind, body and spirit, which begins to alleviate stress.  This in turn relaxes the muscles.  Good for everyone

Initial Massage Consultation/Appointment for Massage

Guided 60 minute group Meditation class focusing on bringing awareness to the here and now.  Training you to use your breath the relax mind and body.  Pushing aside whatever is on your mind, just for the hour.  It is said that if you do a 60 minute meditation class, it could feel like you have taken a 3 hour nap...now who doesn't need that!!!

Tranquil Tuesdays Meditation (Group)

30 minute individual guided meditation session where we focus on bringing awareness to the here and now.  Very relaxing.

Private Mindfulness Guided Body Scan

Relax as I guide you through a warm, sandy beach or a cool, aromatic forest visualization.  You will feel rested yet alert.

Reiki Harmony Meditation

While fully clothed, you lie comfortably on a mat and listen to a pre-assigned soundtrack.  As the music plays, it vibrates through the mat and a Sensate “stone” that is placed on your chest.  Use this therapy to enhance your personal meditation, to relax and reduce anxiety

Vibrio-Acoustic Therapy Mat

Working on stretching the connective tissue of the body.  You hold the positions for a longer period of time while bolstered and comfortable.

Through mindful movement, breathwork, and conscious relaxation techniques, somatic yoga empowers individuals to reconnect with their bodies, release stored stress and trauma, and unlock their innate potential for healing and self-expression.

As a somatic yoga teacher, my role is to create a safe and nurturing space for students to explore their bodies with curiosity and compassion. I offer gentle guidance and encouragement, allowing each individual to honor their unique experience and journey towards greater embodiment and well-being.
