Final Touch Wellness

Join me for the "Renew You" Retreat held by Final Touch Wellness in Beautiful Emerald Isle, NC.  This 3 day retreat will take place at an oceanfront beach house called "Sea No Evil."  
The room has two twin beds and shares a bathroom.
The "Renew You" retreat is all about resting your body and mind, renewing and resetting your mindset.  You may gain insight to what has been stopping you from achieving your dreams.  There will be informative classes and discussion groups.  You will find ways to refresh your mindset with journaling, meditating,  as well as learning healthy habits to take home with you to continue your work on your own.  
In your free time you can sit atop the dune top deck and watch the waves, walk the miles of glorious sandy beach just steps from your room, relax in the hot tub and swim in the heated pool.  Use this time to reconnect with yourself by revitalizing your joy!!  It is time you take time for yourself.  
Price includes:
-Welcome packet with all you will need for self-discovery  --Welcome Bites (assorted appetizers and drinks)

-Healthy Breakfast (Saturday & Sunday)
-Healthy Lunch (Saturday & Sunday)
-Classes on Finding Joy, Healthy Habits & goal setting, 
       Learning about Self-love and Self-care and 
       manifesting what you want                                                      -Meditation Sessions (Mindfulness Meditation in the 
       morning and Yoga Nidra meditations in the evening)

You will be responsible for your own evening meal.  you will be able to sample delicious North Carolina cuisine at area restaurants, do take out, or go to the supermarket and grab something to cook on your own.  

You will also be responsible for your own travel.  You can fly to Albert J Ellis Airport (OAJ) and then take an Uber, rent a car or make arrangements with Sue to be picked up.  
If you choose to drive, it is about a 14 hour trip.  the address of the beach house is:
