Final Touch Wellness

The Infrared Sauna Blanket session is a relaxing treatment where you are fully wrapped in a Infrared Sauna Blanket that generates infrared heat capable of penetrating deeper below the outside surface of the skin.  This in turn raises the internal core temperature inside the body.  The treatment will last approximately 60 minutes with the Practitioner in the room to assist with any needs from the client.

*CONTRAINDICATIONS-Not able to receive treatment due to the following medical conditions:  Pregnancy, medical conditions triggered by heat, unregulated blood pressure and blood pressure medications, pacemaker, heart condition.

Infrared Sauna Blanket Session

The Ionic Detox Footbath is a relaxing detoxification treatment that utilizes a warm footbath equipped with an array that generates positive and negative ions into the water.  The ions in the water create a detoxification process drawing toxins from the body through the feet.  The footbath water changes color depending on the type of impurities that are released by the body.  The appointment takes approximately 30 minutes.  

*CONTRAINDICATIONS-Not able to receive treatment due to the following medical conditions: Pregnancy, breastfeeding, heart conditions, pacemaker, medications where effectiveness may be decreased by the detoxification process, organ transplant, open wounds on the feet.

Ear Coning or Ear Candling is a form of alternative medicine that has been practiced for thousands of years.  It involves gently placing a cone-shaped hollow candle into the outer entrance of the ear.  The ear cone is then lit at the top/open end.  As the ear cone slowly burns down, a vacuum is created drawing ear wax and or debris from the ear into the ear cone.  The appointment will last approximately 30-45 minutes to treat both ears.  PRICING INCLUDES ONE SET OF EAR CONES.

*CONTRAINDICATIONS-Not able to receive treatment due to the following medical conditions: Perforated eardrum, ear tubes or drains, ear infection or recent ear surgery.

After initial intake, we delve deeper into the areas you need addressed.  Working together to find the best way for you as an individual to attain your goals, we discuss how much support you need and what kind of tools are required.  Once that is decided, we schedule future appointments and give you small attainable goals to work on and bring to the next session.

Wellness Coaching Session

Massage where the pressure is more intense, getting past the superficial muscles and working on the muscles that lie underneath.  This massage is great for anyone looking to find relief from long standing issues

Deep Tissue Massage

A medium pressure massage that focuses on the superficial muscles.  This massage is for anyone who wants to feel as if they have been worked on but does not like the deep tissue work.

Raindrop Technique is a "sequence of anointing with oils and laying on of hands to bring structural and electrical alignment to the body in a relaxing and invigorating manner through the power of essential oils" - The Center for Aromatherapy Research and Education

Raindrop Technique

The slow methodical release of the fascia, or connective tissue, that surrounds everything in your body.  Relief from long standing aches and pains may be achieved by receiving this treatment.

Myofascial Release

Gentle and comforting massage done after the first trimester of pregnancy.  Can be done right up to the birth of the child.  A pregnancy pillow is used for the mother to lay on to ensure comfort and safety of both mother and child

Pre-natal Massage

A very light touch massage where specific blends of essential oils are used to maximize Lymphatic Drainage

Lymphatic Massage

A lighter massage that does not work on releasing tight muscles. The focus lies in calming the mind, body and spirit, which begins to alleviate stress.  This in turn relaxes the muscles.  Good for everyone 

Relaxation Massage

15 Minute Massage

Indulge yourself!  Enjoy being rubbed down with an essential oil blend that helps the body release fluids and toxins.  You are then wrapped and made comfortable to relax and sweat for up to an hour.  The only heat used in this wrap is from you.

Mindfulness Meditation (Individual)

Guided 60 minute group Meditation class focusing on bringing awareness to the here and now.  Training you to use your breath the relax mind and body.  Pushing aside whatever is on your mind, just for the hour.  It is said that if you do a 60 minute meditation class, it could feel like you have taken a 3 hour nap...now who doesn't need that!!!

Yoga Nidra or yogic sleep in modern usage is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping, typically induced by a guided meditation. Come to our class and get a deeply restful and restorative session. Yoga Nidra works with the autonomic nervous system. This part of our nervous system regulates processes of the body that take place without a conscious effort (heartbeat, breathing, digestion and blood flow). This system also includes the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems.  Meditation helps us calm the sympathetic nervous system; mainly, our fight-or-flight response.  Yoga Nidra involves slowing down and chilling out.

Teaching Yoga to children is like nothing else.  It's a great way to exercise the body and the mind.
During the classes, kids will get a story read to them of the theme of that class.  Breathwork will be practiced and that leads to learning several yoga poses...it will be made to be like a fun game.  Sometimes, arts & crafts may be incorporated depending on the theme of the class.

Kids Yoga with Kerri

Stretching the fascia within the upper body using yoga poses done from a seated or kneeling position.  Each pose is held for 3 - 5 minutes

Yin Yoga for Upper Body
